Ten years ago, I started in real estate administration with dreams of becoming an agent. But somewhere along the way, I discovered something that lit me up even more: being invited into driven agents' businesses to help them transform what's already working into something extraordinary.

Here's what those years have taught me: I've managed over 1,300 transactions, built systems across countless platforms, helped agents throughout various brokerages build bespoke solutions, led teams of admin and agents alike, and seen what actually works versus what just sounds good on paper. All of that gave me something I didn't expect: an ability to see opportunities and possibilities in your business that might not be obvious when you're in the day-to-day.

I founded ELEVATE Group in 2023 after being asked time and again to help solve the same pattern: talented agents building incredible businesses through genuine relationships and outstanding service, but hitting a ceiling because the operational foundation couldn't keep up.
